Ambience harmoniously comfortable and cozy. Service very friendly and accommodating. Food (Jägerschnitzel) was great (meat juicy, well seasoned, breading crispy, sourcream very tasty, mushrooms fresh, country fries also very good) Overall not a single point of criticism! I'm happy to come back. We recommend!!

Well priced steakhouse, reduced menu when visited but full one looked amazing! Food was very good but setting a bit dark and dated.

Dining in the Ratskeller is always a pleasure: the service is great, very customer-friendly and the ambience lives up to the name. If you're looking for something original and hearty, mixed with contemporary ingredients, you've come to the right place. IB

We were last night in the Ratskeller with some colleagues. Very nice atmosphere, the food was very good. the waiter very friendly and always a casual saying on the lips. The next time we are in Thuringia, we look forward to another visit to this restaurant.

Eating wasn't that big of a deal. The operation takes a long time. Otherwise quite good. I wouldn’t have to go there again though.

As always: very nice service, served quickly. Delicious food and the needs of our 2 year old son was received. And the delicious Guinness :) Always happy!

Food was very good, price / performance fits. A star deduction for the stripped down card, due to the martini, but no indication. Another star deduction for the visibly stressed staff, although endeavored, but nevertheless we have had to wait for quite some time for drinks. if the house is full, maybe add a third or fourth service.

The building entrance looks very chic, the ambience in the interior is also very harmonious (& quite dark, but that's what makes the charm). >> Service: Very nice and courteous waiter, you like to tip! We had a little chat with him and generally felt that we were in good hands. >> Food & Drinks: The drinks were served quickly. We only had to wait a few minutes for our hot, fresh food. We ordered 1x the pork medallions and 1x the bacon burger - both highly recommended! Price-performance ratio completely within the framework, the meat was very tender and made a high-quality impression. The portion size was just right too. >> Tip: This location offers a lot of space and is therefore recommended as a place to celebrate birthdays, company parties & Co.

Very good schnitzel!

We always enjoyed eating there but this was our last time. Had ordered the most expensive steak of the house when it arrived it was not medium but almost fried! Quality of the meat was also not so plump! should be expected for 23.50. Individual lettuce leaves were dry! In my opinion, a waiter shouldn't give that out. We also noticed that the portions have become a lot smaller! Operation left a lot to be desired! Conclusion: It used to be good, but unfortunately it has waned considerably. That was our last visit to this place. Too bad !!!
